Buyer offered me $5 for this $10 clothes rack. I accepted it since he said he has to pay for a courier pick it up. After waiting over 2 hours, the courier man was unable to accept the item though buyer confirmed the company was aware of the dimensions and weight. He wanted a full refund which I felt was unfair as I already spent time and effort for this deal. We finally agreed to a $2.50 refund.
