seller told me that original item was damaged, so she replaced it with a more expensive item. turns out the More expensive item that I had bought was defective as well. would like to highlight that seller gave a discount on the more expensive item however total cost was still more than what I was prepared to pay

As I tested befor passing it to you. U come over to my place to collect your self. Not by forcing. As I explain to you during collection and u agree on the item. I have a video taken befor I pass it to you also. After u reported to me about the faulty the day it self, I was shock to. Coz, I did test the item befor you collect, and clearly stated it's used & in working condition. I will refund u back if it's really faulty. But in the end u dont want to cooperate with me about the refund.
