Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We agreed from the outset on the exact scope of work and price - and the scope never changed. After making a mistake on his side, he demanded additional payment to complete the agreed work. I gave him several opportunities to honour our agreement, but he refused and stopped responding, leaving the job incomplete. Strongly would not recommend.

Initially, I was disappointed as the newly painted ceiling developed obvious bubbling/blistering with air trapped underneath. Although I understood the ceiling might remain rough, the bubbling was not acceptable. The painter agreed to rectify it but missed the arranged appointment and stopped responding, which was frustrating. However, he has now returned and fixed the issue today. Everything OK.
