FIRST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH RUDE CUSTOMER. Before dealing with her pls have a second thoughts . In Fact she mentally tortured one of my staff by shouting . Fickle and heartless. $40 has been transferred back but telling everyone we only transferred $20 . First customer to actually makes someone undergo depression . We accept our mistakes but she continued shouting . Refund will be given upon returning items . Deal w Danny .
Yes. I admit. I was rude and very hush with my words and comment that can hurt people feeling. Out of angry and stress, I shouted out loud. I ordered 5 same hijab but I received 4. They refunded me for the missing piece which I asked them to and they have apologies for their service. I have apologise the way I have reacted. The items is for bridesmaids to wear the same hijab.
