Hassle free, buyer very patient. Pleasant transaction.
Buyer doesn't know how to follow MOP instructions, decided to use Interbank causing the delays in shipment then gave me a negative feedback when he/she didnt receive her orders immediately, didnt even understood the fact that i usually ship orders by batch due to high numbers of requests.
Informed the seller that will do a bank transfer though. Explained the bank transfer and seller acknowledge and received payment. Jan 30-seller confirmed payment, told to ship items tom asap. 10th day today, none. Anyway, both parties agreed to do refund as it wasn't a good transaction. As a buyer, receiving items after a bad transcation won't be a happy thing and I think as a seller, not good to sell to an unhappy client. Received refund but delayed. Seller was rude.
