Arranged and fixed timing but seller change timing 15mins before and had to turn back and reschedule. When arrive after reschedule had to collect at door instead of coming down which was a hassle as it’s a condo. Item was working fine but has a smell to it.

Hi, Thanks for your review. First of all it was a hard nego and about the time change, I immediately told you that if you have already left please do come and I’ll have an arrangement for you to collect but you went back anyway. Regarding the smell, I had written in our chat that I got it washed so the smell is probably the detergent or softener. And last, I understand you had to come up to collect and I did apologise I wasn’t able to help you coz I was alone with my baby at home.
