wasn't smooth as seller didn't answer her phone from me or the delivery guys for an hour before. thankfully she jumped back on carousel and saw the messages. the movers were good enough to turn back and grab it. she's been apologetic since so I guess water under the bridge. bought several times on carousel and was smooth, but this was not the smoothest seller. movers saved the day.
