Made an offer and asked to deal almost a week later. Closer to deal date asks to lower the price as she found a cheaper one online. Will bombard you with questions and waste your time. Says she is serious about purchasing but actions speak otherwise. Do not recommend to deal with, waste of time and effort.

Unfortunately both parties could not reach a win-win situation. Speaking strictly from a purely pragmatic standpoint— I didn’t expect to find a cheaper listing online. While I get the frustration, I’d still choose to save a couple hundred. It’d also be disrespectful to negotiate for a lower $ to match the other listing - (Seller already stated no lower than $X as their limit within in our initial Carousell chat.) Nevertheless, I am truly sorry about how things went down in the end.
