Hi, you sold me a defective item. When i asked for a refund, you agreed but suddenly went MIA. If you were not planning to refund, there was no need to agree to it. Furthermore, you gave me a 1 star review when you mentioned nothing about your unhappiness in our chat. To future buyers of this unscrupulous person, please beware.
