Hahahahah? Patience? I had been patient w you. Dont twist story. First of all theres no proof of mail, no pics no updates, 2nd of all, i asked for the tracking number so i can call post office myself. But what you did? You spin here & there & avoid giving me the tracking number. Wow wanna play victim? So you get my money, i lose both? The item I BOUGHT & MY MONEY. What else to label you? Hero?

I was initially patient to this lady in the first week when she enquired 2-3 times where her item was after she made full payment, telling her I had already mailed out the item & told her to just be patient and wait. However, (by now) this has been 2 weeks ago and while I have no idea how the item has not reached her yet, the item has been mailed out and I don’t have it either. I have since sent to the Carousell Team photoproof of her parcel & proof of mailing, & I hope this gets resolved soon.
