Buy at your inconvenience. Waited 45 mins at void deck with no response. Finally replied 15 mins later after I left. I asked to meet at mrt station near her block but she said can't. Went back all the way to her block to collect. Whatever the excuse, valid or invalid, rude and inconsiderate to go MIA at agreed meet up time.

First, buyer made an ultra lowball offer. I accepted it as a new mum who wants to cash out and make space for my baby. I was so apologetic as my baby was not feeling well that morning that I did not check my phone the entire morning taking care of baby. I’ve explained and apologised and told buyer it’s okay not to come back as I was so embarrassed that she had waited for so long. She insisted twice that she wants to come back and is ok to meet at my unit. Again, I’m sorry for the wait.
