Above and beyond

Really great experience having Alvin bbq for us, he’s super responsible, arrived on time, knows how to prepare even the premium meats, and is very very accommodating! Had him for longer than the initial timing due to limited space on the bbq pit and he was so nice :)

Great chef! He knew exactly what he was doing. He managed everything, opened all the items and arranged them according to when each item will be cooked. He was really fast with sorting and bbqing, and all the food were cooked very well. It even drizzled slightly for awhile and he declined to take a break and continued to BBQ throughout the rain. Very efficient and definitely a worthwhile service!

Bbq service was great! Chef arrived early to prepare and barbecued the food very well. It’s seriously too hot to stand in front of the bbq pit! Thanks for the chef’s hard work! 👍

Very happy with the quality of food that was being cooked. Also went the extra mile cooking under the rain. Chefs are friendly and knowledgeable, cooking difficult meats like Tomahawks and Lamb steaks well

Have used their for two parties and very happy with the service provided . Chef was there on time and his priority was to make hot yummy food as quick as possible . He specialised in cooking all the items to perfections . Was also happy to extend and worked without taking breaks in this humid heat . Totally professional and will use their service again

Chef Alvin is very friendly and professional. Before he started cooking, he assessed my guests profile and discussed with me the order that the food should be served. He adjusted the speed of cooking based on how fast/slow we ate. Definitely someone who puts his heart into making sure that he does his job well.
