I paid for this item but it never arrived. The seller isn't replying to my messages about it. Better luck next time I guess.

Follow-up review

When I let the buyer know my item never arrived she ignored me. I had to talk to Carousell customer services who weren't able to do anything but they did eventually get her to reply to them. (She has continued to ignore me.) She told them that my item HAD arrived because I'd clicked the button saying that it had but this is a lie. What a disappointing experience. I feel robbed.

I’m not sure what happened on your end but I did mail it out and also received notification on carou pay that you have received the item hence receiving the payment.
