Sent my Cort for a proper setup, restring and maintenance work. Got it back and was genuinely surprised about how much better it felt. Action is much more comfortable and the sound is clearer and fuller. Honestly feels like I’m playing a much more expensive guitar. Thanks Billy!

Great communication

Billy was friendly and accommodating as I requested for undyed bone bridge pins. He did a professional job with the fitting and even offered advice when choosing the right ones for my guitar. The result was better tone with more clarity in note separation when I played it.

Such a lovely and trustworthy buyer! Quick replies and kept to the agreed time. Really appreciate the smooth transaction 👍🏻

I sent my guitar to Billy for setup and action adjustment, and I’m really happy with the result. He’s easy to talk to, very approachable, and willing to share his knowledge whenever I wasn’t sure about something. After his work, my guitar now plays beautifully with a lower action and sounds so much better. Highly recommended!
