Received my dry shampoo not in a good condition/broken. Didn't wrap it properly. (If she wrap it properly, this accident couldn't happened) And the seller don't want to responsible for any damages. No refund. (The seller don't even think to refund back the money since the seller said "there is nothing i can do now) but blaming the buyer because they didn't request to refund? Very bad communication. Very3 disappointed. I make immediate payment but it takes a few days for her to post the item.

1st of all, none of this ever happened. I asked u what to u want me to do, refund or return the items. The items was left for a week at the post office because u dient collect them and asked me to collect & resend it to you which i agree.Stop editing your feedback & harassing me. I have two carousell accounts with 29 +ve feedback and 9+ve feedback. Ppl know who tells the truth with the +ve feedbacks. Hundreds of buyers from carousell & instagram know i dont delay my shipping & i wrap very well.
