the item has scratches. bought from carousell with the delivery, however at the end I have to collect the item myself. the selle did not pack the item well and only used the paper bag which definitely not strong enough to carry the monitor so at the end the courier rejected the delivery.

seller is not honest with the state and condition of item. she told me it was new, unused with box. 20mins to the meeting time, she told me she could not find the box and cable and I let it passed as my pick up was already on the way. I appreciated that she showed videos that the item is in working condition. After receiving item it looked used with scratches and there was even rust. Disappointed

Ha ha. You must have some horrible recollection of events - I never had photos with the box and when you asked I said I “may” have it. Within minutes confirmed I didn’t. I sent you plenty videos before you got it. I requested your husband take a good look at the items before I handed it to him AND I offered to take the item back at MY COST which you declined. Never said it was brand new. What a weirdo!

Just collected a bag (that was advertised as ‘like new’ from her yesterday. This was however not a ‘like new’ bag at all. During the chat, she indicated that the inside of the bag and wheels were all good. Alas, inner lining was torn, wheels were broken and the pull up handle didn’t work. Basically can’t use bag.When contacted, she refused to do a refund and instead asked me to resell the bag.

I’m sorry that you’ve had a change of heart. The handle works perfectly as I showed you when you came to see the item and nothing was broken or torn at the time. I don’t know what you were expecting for that price.
