Prompt communication. But a bit tricky during lalamove collection/delivery as the seller refused to accept Carousel Payment and insisted on direct online transfer. had to cancel Carousel Payment and proceed with the payment as I had set for Lalamove pick up. It turned out ok but not a cool experience. Carousel Payment is obviously the safest method for both parties but seller have a trust issue.

Babolat Pure Aero Lite Tennis Racket

Responsive and easy to deal with. Cuma condition je tak describe kat item description. I didn’t ask for item details, assuming most seller would let others know about the condition, especially if they gonna have to add more things (and money) on the item before it can be used. But I guess it was my mistake as well for not asking. Lesson learned!
