Delicious and great tasting Bak Chang! First time trying this hae bee hiam and meat packed version. Would highly recommend to all! Seller also amazingly creative and accommodates to dietary needs . Decided to pick up my dinner with Chef Alex and never regretted the decision. He spent time working out on the menu and ensure that he delivered the items on time. Portion was large and mui choy was really tender and juicy. Highly recommended!!

Great communication, speedy replies. The pork belly was cooked to perfection, aromatic and tender. The pao was also very tasty, soft and has a little sweetness to it too. Overall good value for money and tastes great! Will be great for parties!
