..No call reminder about my time of COD..eventhought i forgot to turn up for the COD time only 1 not twise yeaaa...im at the IKea shes around One Utama...i only delay to pick up tht item .totally i forgot about it coz im a mum with 3kids with me on tht momment...i admit my mistake...but at least she can call my hp..but she didnt..i only notice about her reminder frm in box msg after i reach home..tht item only RM 25..already bank in 20 to the account 5 days ago..only RM 5 remain balance..
to clarify. first cod arrangement, u agreed at 8.30 and last minute cancelled on me. I made plans to fit her schedule n wasted my time. 2nd cod, agreed at ikea 8.30, no replies on carousell. no phone numbers exchanged, hence no calls. she agreed to pay deposit, and then arranged 3rd cod to pick up item. no show. i asked for her bank acc to refund, no info received to date. she says shes busy, does it mean i am not? its all about priorities.
