I ordered and paid the item 30/9. 3/10 I follow up and seller told me that it'll be ship. I went for a holiday and expecting the item on my mailbox on 19/10 but unfortunately it wasn't. Message the seller so many and give ample of time to reply but never message me until I escalated the matter to Carousell. No matter how small or big seller should be responsible to meet it as we only buy based on trust and feedback. Not recommended at all. Not trustworthy and you shouldn't buy at this shop. 👎🏼

Received the item nicely packed and in good condition. The seller is nice and patience in assisting my need. Glad that I found their page in carousell :)! Will definitely come back to deal again , thank you so much.

Seller was prompt, neat, considerate, and accommodating. Product comes in a neat packaging with bubble wraps! Highly recommended seller, especially when you're picky with customer service!!!

Very impressed with seller. Items were well packed and properly labelled. There was also an invoice which is rare for a seller on carousel. Seller was also honest as I received a refund for paying more than the actual cost. Highly recommend and I will definitely buy from this seller again.

Very kind and polite seller! Highly recommended for those hobbyists :D
