Ben is a very knowledgeable person and helped us to give advice on which is the best option to work on for our faulty water heater. After taking his advice, we went to change our water heater and it's back to normal now!

Called Ben out to fix our Ariston water heater. Glad I did. He knows what he is doing and recommended the best solution, rather than just selling the most expensive. Gave me options, each clearly explained and the work was all then done to a high standard. Couldn’t be happier.
