Seller never said that phone can't be use with local sim card. Only told me that he got use it which is a lie. After finding out that the phone can't be used in Singapore told him about it and asked for a refund but refused saying that in the profile stated no refund. I told him but you did not tell me that I can't use local sim card on the phone. He even told me that he got use the phone. Untrustworthy seller. I have made a police report and will be filling a civil sue against him.
Firstly, I have already stated no Refunds on my account . Secondly, there wasn't any enquiries regarding the phone and went straight to dealing it . It was on full working conditions when we sold it to him . Aftermath, buyer kept the phone and kept spamming messages defaming myself and my partner saying it doesn't work, etc . Looking at the buyers feedback on his acc, I doubt it's our product that doesn't work .
Item was in good condition, seller was friendly and a pleasure to buy from :)
