Follow-up review

Smooth for 1st order using carousell pay but seller lead me to pay outside carousell for 2nd offer. Deposit paid but item not fully delivered. Refund still pending... So I edit to neutral rating as of now until the case is settle as per promise by seller which she is in tough situation in life now. So I make myself considerate of her to allow extra time for seller to refund me after 2 weeks time.
