Seller sold a defective shoe. How in the world would a Nike Air with a punctured air pocket considered ok for wearing and does not affect running. Seller even remind me about their disclaimer. Obviously he already knew the defect. Seller, why don't you go try run with a puncture Nike Air and see what it does to your feet.

The responsibility was on the onus of the buyer. Shoes sold in mint condition without dirt. Defect was only presented after buyer has worn shoes and indicated it with dirt marks present. Offer was made to check shoe condition upon meetup and buyer obliged. Transaction was made via mutual agreement. Please practice due diligence before transacting any purchase, in the future. Sellers are not accountable for your failure/negligence to conduct thorough inspection & confirm goods condition.
