Fast and decisive
Highly recommended buyer! Decisive and responsive :)
A very pleasant experience dealing with buyer! Deal was completed within the day of conversation. Thanks very much for your support and I hope you'll enjoy growing the seedlings :)
payment was prompt and fuss free! 1/4 item unfortunately seemed to be missing upon arrival at her place. buyer wasn't keen on pursuing the appeal to claim insurance and insisted on the refund. she was also unhappy with my offering of any of my listings as compensation, and then started accusing me of reusing polymailers :(
Didn’t realise you left a review because it didn’t affect my rating at all 💁🏻♀️ anyway: 1st, package came UNSEALED, wasn’t taped and had the thinnest strip of glue that was completely unsticky. It looked exactly like those taobao items come in. Naturally I assumed it was recycled. Just take the feedback and tape it next time? 2nd, I asked ONCE (nicely) for a refund and uh I did go through the whole insurance claim process? WDU even mean. It was taking forever & so much back & forth, I gave up
