Bought a pair of nike jordan 5s. But shoe sole came off in less than a day. Seller’s listing said like new and worn a few times but unfortunately it seems that was not the case. Tried to contact seller for refund but no reply

Gave this guy every opportunity to inspect the shoes. He took a glance only and I told him to bring both shoes out of the box to check thoroughly. He still didn't check thoroughly. I could list the shoes as whatever condition. If seller inspect the shoes during meetup and accepts the shoes as it is on the meetup then the deal is final. Just because something unfortunate happened because of his lack of due diligence(who knows what he did), he's acting like it's his first time using the app.
