The basic courtesy and decency is to tell me if you've changed your mind. I've contacted you the night before to ensure you are going ahead with the deal. I show up at appointed time and you are non-contactable. Waited more than 40 minutes and then you give me a sorry excuse. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! It's not even about punctuality. You didn't even turn up. It was only after waiting 40 minutes and being unable to reach you, that you replied with an excuse.
