Buyer left me a bad review even though i mailed out the item already. I had informed her that I would mail on Thursday, which I did. I think it's normal that parcels can take up to 1 week to be mailed out since everyone is busy with their own responsibilites, not sure why she had to contact me on whatsapp and telegram too... Unreasonable buyer, deal at your own risk ig
If someone is unresponsive on carousell for days after you have paid them, even though they were online, wouldn’t you try to contact them via other means? It would be good if I could get some acknowledgement after I paid or indication of when something has been mailed instead of radio silence. She didn’t tell me after she mailed. Nonetheless, thanks for mailing it out.
