Great buyer, fast and decisive. No hassle no frills.

Buyer was quite nice, responsive but indecisive; she arrived 2 hours early despite knowing I was also moving and after I said my schedule was tight. Also, insisted on only paying partial amount ahead of time and I had to remind her to pay remaining amount upon collection. Could also be more considerate; it’s not the seller’s role to coordinate route logistics.
