Backed out of deal. When I said I had to give her neutral feedback, she immediately said didn't want to pass deal up. Then, she created another account to ctb me about my item so that I'll allow her to backout without any feedback nor fee. I foolishly agreed to her other account's meetup and she mia on meetup and made me wait 15 min with no reply. Update: she has now replied after 3 days and blamed me for not giving her time to reply. Even if she couldnt meetup, she should have replied
