after negotiating and making an offer which I accepted, this chap disappeared. if you haven't a plan, please don't make the offer and even negotiate. you inconvenience me and other buyers.
An offer was made and accepted, and he requested me to reserve the item. Suddenly changed his mind on the day of collection. Now unresponsive. Not a reliable buyer!
