Friendly seller, responds promptly

100 Plastic Hangers - Black and Blue

S$15

It was “absolutely perfect” as per seller. After bringing it home, I found that the USB-C port didn’t work, only HDMI did. Seller provided only a USB-C cable, which makes it hard to believe they didn’t know about this issue. While the monitor is usable, I’m disappointed by the lack of honesty. Transparency is key in secondhand deals, buyers deserve to know the real condition of the item.

Follow-up review

The seller responded promptly and offered a full refund, which I appreciate. This shows responsibility and willingness to resolve issues. It’s possible the USB-C issue was an honest oversight. Thank you for the professional response.
