Horrible experience. The team knocked on the door and rang the doorbell and waited for 10 mins but no one opened the door(buyer was informed of date/time of delivery). At first buyer complained that no one knocked and when we exposed him he changed and said why we didn’t call him and we MUST have. We always help to carry item in the house but what can we do if you don’t open the door? Privileged.
Total rubbish. You said 4 to 7pm on Friday but delivered at 3 and blame it on me like a child. I have all the chat screenshots. Even a monkey knows that you should call the customer if you are going to be earlier than the time you said. Lying like a snake. Shame on you. Zero respect zero dignity. don't support this business. Still has the cheek to tell me to "never buy from us again". Totally irresponsible customer service. Childish.
