BTW, the delivery takes a week because of Q-delivery’s cancellation once and there’s a weekend in between when they don’t collect. Also, you got a discount for the products and FREE DELIVERY. I kept you updated for every step: tracking bill generation, their cancellation, and new bill, and when they picked up. You were OK with all that. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with horrible behavior like yours. If you can’t control your self, honest suggestion, go seek help from psychologist.
Bought multiple items, sent in one delivery but some items not as advertised. Rude seller when pointed out item not as described
The irresponsible and terrible review you left here, only shows your lack of ability to conduct mature conversation with people to solve a problem. You can’t control your emotion, and you don’t know how to respect people. It is your kind of people makes some call it carou-hell while it should be a place to for friendly exchange.
I feel pity for you as now you have to keep the wrong product cuz you refuse any other way of making it better with decent way of communication.
Irresponsible! Please avoid!item not as advertised!Slow delivery.Bought multiple items >$200 but sent wrong item after long wait of 1week.When informing wrong item, seller refused to send the right one and forced for Refund;but don’t want to refund fully and forced me to bear the delivery cost of items.Mistake is entirely Seller’s but caused me so much hassle&waste of time.painful transaction!
Clarins Contour Treatment Oil 250ml

I offered free change of product for my honest mistake, and despite of your rude language. But I decided to stop dealing with you due to your further lack of manners and emotional instability. I even sent money to your account which you rejected. And you won’t let me collect my product. You were claiming more than what you paid. And I guess the reason you’re leaving terrible review here is because Carousel rejected your unreasonable request as well.
