Clear about the process and wait times at the start. Seller assisted to arrange delivery, within expected timeframe. Received in great condition, as a gift to the wife as her first automatic and she loves it. Thank you!

Happy with it and it was a really smooth process. Will definitely be returning for more and recommending Watchkraft to many. Collection was smooth as well and even spent the time helping me adjust the bracelet along with the functionalities of the piece. See you soon for my next mod! :)

Thank you so much for your kind words and for rating us 10/10! We’re thrilled to hear that you love the watch and its quality. We sincerely apologise for the delayed replies due to me being overseas with shabby internet connection. We will take efforts to speed up our replies in the future despite any circumstance. We are glad you like your new watch and again, thank you for the positive review! 😁

5 stars for quality, quality control and service. Material they sourced out is quite good for seiko mod also it comes with proper watch box, certainly does not disappoint, and most importantly the service is exceptional.
