Vincent ticks all of the boxes. He came down my unit to fix a skirting board which fell. Fixed it professionally and was very detailed. Such an experienced person and yet so humble. vincent installed 2 cameras at my parents' place and he did an amazing job. he was punctual, friendly and skilled. he suggested the best location to install the cameras and taught mom how to view the images on her phone. i think he went the extra mile and helped her to open a 19 L water bottle and load it into the water dispenser too - thank you so much vincent :) we are super duper grateful :)
