誠信極差‼️不負責任‼️交收前問咗賣家兩次佢都保證內頁無爛，交收時我先發現內頁裂開，嚴重影響使用，賣家竟拿不在港、工人同屋企人代交收當藉口裝不知情。剛剛對比番我問佢提供嘅相，佢早就知嗰度裂開卻故意隱瞞‼️因呢本音樂書第3冊極少二手放售，我唯有提出減$10無奈完成交易。賣家有責任放售時及交收前檢查清楚貨品有冇問題❗️

對於今次交易帶給閣下唔好體驗，真的不好意思。 當時檢查後不滿意亦可取消交易。 當日交收期間本人確實身在外地旅遊，由家人代辦所有交收，我事前疏忽冇仔細檢查書本內頁裂痕，呢個責任我承認。當閣下交收時發現問題並訊息我提出減$10補償，我已經爽快應承並完成交易，絕無刻意隱瞞瑕疵、欺瞞顧客嘅用意。如果當時不滿意書本是可以隨時取消交易，書本是不新淨有描述亦已在網頁內注明有書寫過平售$30介意勿拍，這個售價已反映出新舊，而現在亦只是$20 今次純粹係我檢查上嘅失誤，並非欠缺誠信，往後我必定親自詳細檢查每件貨品，杜絕同樣問題，再次致歉。
