Claimed condition 9.5 of 10 in ad, admittedly placed over a year ago. When asked if the condition is the same since, told a straight lie. Avoid this seller at all costs. Complaint to Carousell is on the way. Feel free to message me for the full facts and records (including pics) of the case, so that you don't make the same mistake i did.
Go ahead and report, buyer cannot understand the fact that the item was a second hand item and was over a year, item is exactly the same in the picture and has not been used since then if the buyer is not happy with the picture he should not purchase the item and give bullshit comments after that. If he expect and item to be brand new he should not come to a platform like carousell and buy things here but go to a legit store instead since he got so many expectations of a second hand item.
Fucking bullshit seller. Easily the worst i have met. No courtesy, no patience, zero values. Do not even waste your time talking to this person. He/she will say that you do not understand english at all. Threw insults saying i do not understand simple english when im just reconfirming the venue to meet. Only arrived 10-15mins late due to unforeseen circumstances and seller EXAGGERATED that she waited 1 hr LOL. Probably just another low class scumbag. Overall a disgusting and stinky experience.
