I selled him a perfectly working kettle for a discounted price coz he agreed to meet somewhere near my place. Aft the deal was made i happened to meet my friends at Orchard on the same day so i voluntarily brought him the kettle all the way to Orchard(his working place) without asking to re-negotiate the price. i was using the kettle myself so i know it is workable. I can't trust what the buyer has done with it to make it leaking.
The location of the deal has nothing to do with the defective item. You knew the kettle was leaking because you advised me not to fill it too much. And according to your comment, you are trying to put the responsibility on me by saying "I don't what the buyer has done to make it leaking", I would be curious to know how we can make a kettle leak on purpose, because I have obviously nothing better to do than arguing about a leaking kettle! The leak was there on the very first use after the transaction
