交易後買家聲稱玩具氧化已無法運作，將問題歸咎於我移除絕緣條。出貨前我事前檢查過貨品狀態完好，絕緣條只用作防止電池走電，並不會引致氧化。對方提出呢個說法期間，我並冇回覆爭辯，遇上無理嘅歸咎，溝通體驗欠佳。
