Buyer played me out. After accepting her offer, we spent a wk trying to find a suitable date and time to meet as he works shift. Yet, on the day of transaction, he said he will pass the deal and refuse to pick up his phone/ replied to texts. Turned down several keen buyers cos of him, it's very irresponsible of @wutangfrenchfries :(
