Assured me she was selling me a genuine KVD palette, however sent me a fake. When I let her know this she refused to refund me and told me it was my fault and I should have looked into it more even though she told me it was genuine. A very unpleasant experience and I feel sick that I wasted my money.
I don't appreciate false feedback on my account. Was purchased brand new. Provided all information and pictures of front back and inside. Very unpleasant person constantly hassled and threatened me, for what was clearly a change of mind.
Great buyer to deal with! Pleasant transaction! Prompt payment Thank you!
