Item damaged badly. Seller send item without adequate packaging (a plastic bag with honeycomb - see picture). There is no cardboard to protect the item . Seller insisted he is not liable for the damages caused by SingPost and refused to exchange/refund. My advice to buyer - request for proper packaging if buying from this seller

Follow-up review

I filed a dispute through Carousell, and after their mediation, the seller agreed to offer a 50% refund plus $3 for shipping. Although I preferred a full refund and to return the faulty item, I decided to accept the proposal as I did not want to pursue the matter further. While the resolution wasn’t ideal, I appreciate Carousell’s effort to mediate.
