Buyer told me she is coming from orchard at 347, only to find out around 430 that she meant she is buying chocolates and then coming to meet me. Waited 40 mins for her and she did not have exact change ready as well, although we both agreed to meet at 4pm.

Have been trying to close deal with buyer since 15 Jan. Response has been very slow and most of the times, no response. Even tried to accommodate her by arranging several meet-ups at locations and days convenient for her. Finally, buyer made offer and we arranged to deal. Then she totally MIA and despite sending numerous messages, no reply at all! Waited for her at the meeting place but she didn't appear at all! Thereafter also didn't try to explain :(
