Unfriendly seller. Qs weren't answered... on material of the dress. Request for close-up pic was declined. So it was more of a mystery purchase for me 'coz my daughter wanted it. Anyways, the product turned out to be fine. Was couriered right after the purchase thru carousell.

Thanks

Item was marketed as “like new” but when received, all the buttons had its color/paint coming off. Condition was not as expected. Rather than relying on the stated condition in the listing, would recommend buyers to get seller to triple check the actual condition before proceeding with any purchase.

Communication could be better. The pickup was delayed and I didn’t get updates until I followed up about the item. Otherwise item is ok.

Pick up is arranged by SPX and there is tracking in carousell app for buyers to check the status. Sellers do not have control or updates on when the courier is coming to pick it up.
