It was a painful experience dealing with these people. I agreed with all the negative review… wish I had a choice of “zero” or no star. Even though they finally agreed on the price to my favour due to miscommunication. It was time-wasting. Then they came to the premises and render general service I didn’t request for and charge me. I managed to fight for a refund successfully…. Vomit blood!

mulling complaining to Small claims tribunal. Aircon was leaking, Took the $80 chemical wash, and was told the foam insulation of the gas pipe has turned bad hence it leaked. Foam insulation is just a foam tube about 1m long that is shown in my picture below, told me the replacement of the foam is $300 more. Note this is not even the gas copper pipe but just a styrofoam cover. I am ripped off

Not a honest vendor. Advertise air con cleaning $16/unit. Came and say must do chemical cleaning + cleaning of the pipe. Chemical cleaning is $150 per unit. Cleaning of pipe is another $150/unit. Outrageous pricing. Then say my compressor gas not enough because only left 50 gas. Lucky I refused their service for my compressor. Got another vendor and their reading is 150 for my gas. Thumb down!

Its a SCAM! Staff are not properly trained or certified. They do not comply with workplac safety rules eg. no safety harness when climbing out to your aircon ledge. The low price only does superficial cleaning which takes less than 5mins per unit. They will later claim your aircon has a problem and starts to charge you more than expected. Staff is always late, or suddenly insists on coming early.

This company is run by con man, using other different names here, so if any company name is affected, they continue to run their con business with other names. Did some research and noticed that their 5 star reviews are all fake. Their company will not reply to any complaints. Their workers are not qualified and do not abide by workplace safety. Claim ur A/C has problem as charges you more.

Extremely disappointed.The technicians spent roughly 7 minutes per unit for general servicing.The blower wheels and cooling coils were still heavily matted with thick dust. Instead of performing the basic cleaning promised, they immediately tried to upsell chemical wash and forced a 'no warranty' clause on the invoice. Unprofessional and a complete waste of money.

Scam! Their 5 stars review are fake, do your research. They will con you by saying your aircon has issues and requires you to top up money. They will make up story and claim to have some packages, and charge you more than what is stated on their website. their staff will not reply to any complaints. Reports to CASE and small claim tribunals court are useless as they play with the loop holes.
