Read the good reviews and put my trust in my purchase. Truly did not know what I had gotten myself in. Seller provided a Singpost Delivery option yet was not familiar with processing delivery through Mail. I am open to options but somehow I was made to feel I was the one at fault. In the end, I did not get my Item and all I can do is pray the refund process is successful. Lesson Learnt.

Seller refused to give a partial refund despite listing the item as brand new but there’s a huge 8cm hole at the back of the dress :( pretty disappointed as I need to spend extra to get it fixed. Seller is pretty nice overall at first, but upsetting that she’s not willing to take responsibility for the mistake made :( I think it’s fair for me to leave a negative review in this situation.
