bought sandal which seller claimed 9.5/10 condition.. After i wore it for the first time the soles started cracking and the skin peeled off. i took photos n told if a can get a refund as although the seller gave discount.. its RM 100 n the shoes are no longer in wearable condition. but seller was so rude and doesnt accept that this was due to long improper storage despite the photos.

Accuses my of lying and nvr wants to accept that shoes had been stored badly.. she said i damaged it myself and thta i purposely soaked it.. pls looks at the photos.. no shoes will break apart like this when juat qorn first day.i never had bad experience like this with other sellers. Do not buy unless ur ready not to be refunded if item damaged.

Thanks for calling me so rude where I apply professionalism throughout our conversation. The review was made after 2weeks of receiving and as everyone can see the shoes aldy started growing white mold and hv swollen wedges (buyer not show it here) suggesting water damage probably the buyer washed or leave it in the rain and soaked the wedges which clearly made by wood. She refuse to give unboxing pic proving it is good upon received and no courier damage. The shoe was perfect on the day I send.
