The whole experience was really good and the customer service is top notch! The backend CS behind the chat was really helpful and prompt in reply all my queries, even beyond office hours. The delivery and installation was completed in one day post purchase and the guy who came down for installation was very professional with ample experience with the lock and was able to guide me through.
