BNIB item has faulty sensor, trigger blank screen on Phone Dialer, Whatsapp etc.Seller did say item has no warranty, but this is not about warranty coverage, he sold a defective item out of the box and dint want to take responsibilty for it. His advise, bring to service centre, he pay the evaluation cost $32.10, as for the repair cost $53.50 & any parts replacement cost(?) I've to pay them all! :(

zblssg_storm 5 years ago

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Please allow us to clarify ourselves too. Firstly, no warranty was made known, which means any repairs or replacement parts will not be covered. Secondly, we have been responsive & helpful in finding all the possible fixes online; even contacting the service centre on your behalf. Lastly, the defect is informed few days later, and despite no warranty covered, we have also offered to cover service centre cost of $32.10 which was mutually agreed to close the issue.
